(1)スプリングチェーンの中に手を通す

(2)スプリングチェーンを一回ネジる

(3)ネジったチェーンを手首に巻く

ネジったチェーンを手首に巻くと

締め付けが強くなり、

ちゃんと手首に固定できます

首に巻く場合は

スプリングチェーンの取り付け金具を

ブレスレット本体から外し、

首に巻いてから、また取り付けてください
